Norwegian Museum of Hydro Power and Industry

The Norwegian Museum of Hydro Power and Industry is a cultural attraction in the town of Odda. Between 1906 and 1918, the Tysso I hydraulic power station was constructed here in the middle of a beautiful landscape. Now the industrial monument has been completely renovated and integrated into the Norwegian Hydropower and Industrial Museum. Find out why even today Norwegians possess the best knowledge in the world regarding the construction of hydraulic power stations in mountainous regions.
